Below, you will find the form to fill out to request use of our facilities. You can complete the online form or you can print out a copy and turn it in to the box at the church.

Request for use of KCN facilities By submitting this form you agree that you understand submission of this form does not guarantee the request will be approved and the date will not be entered on the church calendar until approved by the trustees. You also understand that a deposit of $25 is due when the request has been approved. Total fees for renting the church are dependent upon what facilities and services you will be using,
