To celebrate Veteran's Day and recognize our Veterans, we will have an all church potluck lunch on Sunday, November 11. Please invite your family, friends and any

Our annual Thanksgiving Offering will be taken up November 17.

Thank you to everyone who helped make Trunk or Treat such a great success! Whether you worked registration, passed out candy, made snow cones,
decorated a trunk, manned a game, provided candy, or prayed for our event - you made a
difference! We have received messages of thanks for hosting this event and rave reviews. Our community is seeing Christ’s love through you!

Trunk or Treat
Trunk or Treat will be held today from 5-7pm. If you signed up to decorate your car, your vehicle needs to be here no later than  4:30 pm. We are expecting a large turn out and hope to see all of our church family there as we meet our community for this time of fun and fellowship! If you have not signed up to volunteer, but would like to, please see Carolyn Wesson.

All Church Lunch
Following the service, there will be an all church dinner. We invite our guests and their families to stay for this time of food and fellowship.
 
Helping Hands
Helping Hands are in need of the basics; peanut butter, canned goods and items for the Holidays. There is a donation box in the Fellowship Hall.

Children’s Quiz
There will be a Children's Quiz on Saturday, November 18.
 
Decorate For Christmas
We will decorate the church for the Christmas season following the Worship Service on Sunday, November 19.
 
Christmas Parade Reception
We will host our annual Christmas Parade Reception on Tuesday, November 28. We hope you will be able to join us as we welcome the community into our church following the Christmas Parade. This is always a fun event with lots of potential to meet new people. Volunteer and Donation information should be going out soon.

There will be a Sunday School Board meeting on Tuesday, November 7,
at 6:30 pm here at the church.

Wedding Invitation
Kristi Hendrick and Brian Pittman are getting married on December 29, 2017 at
Longview Church of the Nazarene. You are all invited to attend. There will be a reception after at East Texas Builders’ Association (2023 Alpine Road, Longview, TX). If you plan to attend, please get an RSVP card to fill out and give to Kristi Hendrick. These cards
have been placed in the mailboxes by the Fellowship Hall. She will need one
