Wednesday, December 6, the kids will have a mission lesson led by Dottie Petty from
5:30-7:00 pm. They will be eating a meal following South Korean customs.

please let us know. Moving forward, prayer requests will be listed four
weeks and then removed. Updates will need to be submitted for them to
remain on the list. In addition, we would love for you to submit your praises!
Often times we forget to share those as easily as we share our prayer concerns.

 Hanging of the Greens
Today  we will begin our Advent journey. Our annual Hanging of the Greens service walks us through the meaning and history behind many of the Christmas decorations we use. 
 
Christmas Parade Reception
This Tuesday, November 28, we will host our annual Christmas Parade Reception. We hope you will be able to join us as we welcome the community into our church following
the Christmas Parade. This is always a fun event with lots of potential to meet new people from within our community. The sign up sheet for cookies is in by the Fellowship Hall
This is always a big event for us and we need as much help as we can get. Whether you bake cookies, help set up, help serve, or help with clean up. We appreciate the volunteers who make this event possible!

Wedding Invitation
Kristi Hendrick and Brian Pittman are getting married on December 29, 2017 at
Longview Church of the Nazarene. You are all invited to attend. There will be a reception after at East Texas Builders’ Association (2023 Alpine Road, Longview, TX). If you plan to attend, please get an RSVP card to fill out and give to Kristi Hendrick. These cards
have been placed in the mailboxes by the Fellowship Hall. She will need one
