Kilgore First Church of the Nazarene

The church board is made up of the Pastor, the SDMI superintendent, the NYI President, the NMI President, the stewards and trustees of the church. The church board oversees many matters in the church. They are to care for the interests of the church and its work in harmony with the pastor, to provide for the church development and an adoption of an annual budget. They help make sure the church remains in healthy financial standing and oversee or appoint a committee to assist with special projects.
